Consultancy and Coaching experience
For the last 20 years Amelie has
her private practice in UK and Germany after a career in various
management functions in international corporations. As an Executive
Coach Amelie has worked for many years with senior executives from
all over the world. In addition she designs and delivers tailored
behavioural change support workshops and works on coaching skills
training events. Her experience as an executive and as a coach gave
her the opportunity to witness the power of coaching which allows
senior executives to boost their existing talents, explore and
develop their untapped resources and possibilities, and thus create
breakthrough for themselves and their organisation. Amelie comes
from a humanistic psychology background and prefers a personal and
practical approach which focuses on strengths in order to kick start
a positive spiral of success for the client whose comfort zone is
expanding with the growth of his/her achievements, ideally
accompanied by a balanced lifestyle. Among her clients are Hewlett
Packard, Bank for International Settlement in Switzerland, Johnson &
Johnson and Schering to mention just a few.
Line management
experience
Her career in the corporate world gave her sound business
experience especially in training, personal- and organisational
development as well as in Human Resources Management. As Personnel
Director and a member of the board she contributed to strategic
planning, organisational restructuring and was involved in crisis
management. She worked for OTTO Versand, Hamburg, Johnson the Family
Company and Ashridge Management College. UK
Background
Amelie works
in association with SWAN. After an apprenticeship in industrial
commerce she graduated as Diploma Volkswirt (MA Economist) from TU
Berlin. She is is continually developing her professional
competences and is certified in many psychometric instruments like
MBTI, FIRO, Big 5 CPI and various 360° . She is a member of the
British Psychological Society, EMCC and different international
networks.
