Consultancy and Coaching experience
 Georgina specialises in the coaching of individuals and teams enabling them to achieve both performance and developmental goals. She also supervises the work of coaches and consultant groups working in the HR area.
She is committed to:

Georgina works in association with SWAN and has previously worked on assignments for national and multinational organisations in Australia, Argentina, the UK and Spain where she is currently resident. These include Coca Cola, Citibank, A Spanish pharmaceutical company with international operations, the Spanish subsidiary of a Dutch energy multinational and a national Spanish retail bank.

Recent assignments are:
·The coaching of senior executives whilst they faced the challenges of transitioning into a new role
·The running of supervision workshops for a team of consultants aimed at the continuous development of coaching skills
·The coaching of executive committee members in national and international organisations in order to maximise participation and learning during team building initiatives
·The design and facilitation of career management programs for ESADE business school, Barcelona.
·Training Spanish area managers in coaching skills in order to support an international development initiative

Line management experience
Georgina's career spans both the public and private sector. She began her career in the British Inland Revenue, Valuation Office. During the last 15 years she has worked in HR roles and was the National Account Manager for the Manpower contract with Hewlett Packard, Spain. 

Background
Georgina is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the European and Mentors and Coaches Council. Her academic background includes an MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, Spain; B.Sc. Psychology (hons); MSc. Career Management and Counselling; Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching. Georgina is also licensed to use a wide number of psychometric inventories and tests.
