Consultancy and Coaching experience
"If you do what your heart and mind tells you, you act on
wisdom" is Gyöngyi's personal and professional credo.
Gyöngyi is contributing to leaders' success in transforming their
organisations by harnessing organisational, team and individual
energies and capabilities.
She has 15 years+ experience in Leadership Development,
Organisational Design and Development, Coaching, Change Management,
Talent Development, HR Strategy Development and Implementation.
Gyöngyi considers "cultural literacy" as a core competency of
today's leaders and she offers her insights, cultural versatility
and personal experience of living and working abroad for 7 years in
the U.K., the Netherlands and France.
She was born in Hungary and speaks Hungarian, English, French, and
Spanish. She is passionate about her mentoring work for high school
students which she undertakes on a not-for- profit basis.
As an internal consultant she worked for the Prince of Wales Trust
U.K., Livewire, I.M.C., the Unilever Group across Europe: Bestfoods,
Algida, HPC, Lipton IC, Amora-Maille, Strategic HR Group.
Since September 2005 she has worked as a consultant and coach for:
Unilever, Novartis, Salva Vita (NGO), Corvinus School of Management,
I.T.D International Trade Development Hungary (WIP), MOL Hungarian
Oil Company.
She also works in association with SWAN Consulting.
Recent and current assignments include:
Design and delivery
of Leadership Development programmes for global organisations and an
international business school (pharmaceutical, foods company,
services, oil company) Executive coaching assignments to individuals
at CEO, COO, Director and Functional Head level in global and
national organisations (oil, services, pharmaceuticals).
Design and roll out facilitation of a worldwide Culture Change
programme for an oil company Running a full organisational
diagnostics, developing and facilitating the implementation of the
HR strategy (business development services organisation).
Line management experience
Gyöngyi has over 13 years line management experience and held
executive positions within a range of companies at the Unilever
Group in the U.K., Holland, Hungary and France. Her last role was as
Vice President HR for Europe and she contributed to the development
and implementation of business and HR strategies across Europe. In
2005she set up her own consultancy Trendset. |
