Consultancy and Coaching experience
In was in Microsoft where she led a 100+ organisation, as the first central Marketing Director for Germany, that Christa developed her passion for coaching people to realize their full potential. Christa is known as a smart leader who leads with passion, dedication, and a can-do attitude. Her open and honest style is highly valued. As an executive coach she sees herself as a business partner and enabler for successful business change and personal development.
While Christa draws on her experience as a manager and leader, her profile is rounded off by her educational background, with an MA in economics and training as a systemic coach and consultant. For her clients, both individual and corporate, she is focused on strategic alignment, change management and crisis management during change processes, as well as on executive coaching and training.

Christa has consulted with many organisations, including Microsoft Corporation, Bombardier and global agencies like Wunderman and McCann. She also instructs strategic management and marketing communications at several institutions in Germany and Austria.

Line management experience
Christa had a career in the IT-industry for fifteen years, and she worked in start ups and a top multinational corporation. She was repeatedly assigned high-profile, mission-critical roles to address challenges and support local and global change initiatives. She learned how to consistently drive innovation in strategy, systems and processes. Years of global experience strengthened her to work at a fast pace in an ever-changing environment and on different platforms. In addition to her legal remit, she developed value-added competencies in IT operations, marketing and communications, as well as in financial control.

Christa graduated with a Masters in Business Economics in Vienna, focusing on marketing and business languages. She completed complementary studies in Systemic Coaching, Organizational Development and Change Management at the ‘Institut für Systemisches Coaching & Training’ in Vienna, the Management Center Europe in Brussels and at the Kellogg School of Management in Seattle. She also undertook project management training at the Institute of Project Management in Austria. Christa works in German and English, and has fluency in Italian.
