P.O.D.D is an approach to rejuvenating organisations which is strengths-based and seeks to engage the collective capability of your people to create organic and sustainable success. PODD creates momentum, because you work with what is emerging in your organisation as the focus for energy and attention. Gone are the days of long meetings to develop the change agenda and the participants- with PODD you ‘get on with it’ and discover the answer.

Strategy Map

Putting your strategy to work by mapping your stakeholder, customer and capability inter dependencies is the cornerstone of the PODD approach. By understanding the strategic imperatives and using the wisdom within your organisation, it will become clear where energy and attention is required to get into shape and move forward.

Patterns

Most transformation approaches focus on Systems and Processes. The additional magic ingredient with the PODD approach is the attention given to the Patterns. The five transformative patterns are the focal point of work throughout the whole organisation. This requires real leadership by everyone, and the outcomes that emerge are the power house for change.

People Equity
