Jennifer brings both a strategic and practical
perspective to her work with organisations, teams and individuals. Her
consulting experience includes working with senior teams; engagement; and
leadership development.
Jennifer coaches executives and high potential individuals. She combines
constructive challenge with a calm, thoughtful, and highly supportive presence.
Her purpose in her work is to help her clients to flourish and realise their
full potential. She enables her clients to enhance their own and their teams’
effectiveness, to generate solutions to challenges - creating a positive impact
on their performance and their organisations.
Jennifer’s work covers the private, public and voluntary sector. Her clients
include: Northern Rock, Visa Europe, BEAM, Prudential, SAB Miller, Royal College
of Music, Peterborough City Council, Praxis, G4S (Group4Securicor).
Some recent examples include:
- Developing and delivering a leadership programme for senior managers in
an international company
- Leading and employee engagement programme for a business in a turnaround
situation
- Leadership coaching for executives, senior managers and high fliers
across a range of organisations.
- Working with an exec team to clarify their team and personal strategies,
goals, roles and objectives through an acquisition.
- Designing and facilitating a strategy off-site to engage the top 50
managers in the organisation in a new strategic direction.
Line management experience
Jennifer’s roles in organisations have included
head of organisation development at Railtrack plc and chief of staff to the
international chairman of KPMG.
Background
Jennifer has a BA in English from St Anne’s
College, Oxford, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. She is a
trained coach and is accredited in a range of psychometrics. She has published
articles on leadership and coaching, and from 1999 – 2005 she was a Council
member for the Royal College of Music. |
