Consultancy and Coaching experience
Tine works in association with
SWAN and is one of the pioneers of coaching in Scandinavia.
She is an expert in leadership development and attracts top

What they all have in common is an urge to ask the fundamental
questions: Who am I as a leader? What difference do I want to make?
And How?
She works with her clients to enable them to use their answers to
these fundamental questions to guide their unique leadership towards
success in life, their teams, their organization and in the world at
large. They also share a firm commitment to live a full life in deep
connection to themselves, their innate talents and strengths, and to
