Consultancy and Coaching experience
Tine works in association with SWAN and is one of the pioneers of coaching in Scandinavia.  She is an expert in leadership development and attracts top executives, global leaders and artists as her clients.
What they all have in common is an urge to ask the fundamental questions: Who am I as a leader? What difference do I want to make? And How?
She works with her clients to enable them to use their answers to these fundamental questions to guide their unique leadership towards success in life, their teams, their organization and in the world at large. They also share a firm commitment to live a full life in deep connection to themselves, their innate talents and strengths, and to their closest and most meaningful relationships.
Tine has 15 years of practical and organizational experience from the cultural field in Denmark and abroad. Working on cultural projects has taught much about how to manage and lead complex processes, with stretching deadlines and a large number of stake holders.
Tine holds the prestigious coach certification from The International Coach Federation, PCC. In the past few years she has worked with successful business leaders at Ericsson in the Nordic and Baltic countries, Shell Denmark, Willis Insurance Brokers, Nestlé, Beiersdorf and a number of start-ups and innovative companies.
